Driving Instructions
The Tejas Steakhouse & Saloon is located on the grounds of the Tejas Rodeo Company, and is easy to get to.

From downtown San Antonio, take 37 North/281 up to 1604, there is no interchange, so exit off of 281, and make a left onto 1604. Follow it to Blanco Rd, and exit Blanco.

Go North on Blanco (away from town) for about 10 miles past 1604. It goes quick, as there are almost no stops. You will have just passed a couple of "Old Blanco Road" signs. 

Watch for Specht Rd (the group of signs are a good marker), and turn right at Specht Road and go for about 2.5 miles.

Look for the entrance sign for Tejas Steakhouse. Tejas Rodeo is next door. As they say in Texas "You can't miss it".

The road is curvy, and watch for bicycles.

The alternative route (avoid low water crossing)
Take highway 281 north out of San Antonio, continue North past loop 1604.

Continue going North on 281 until you reach the Bulverede/FM 1863 exit.

Take Bulverde/FM 1863 exit, go left under the underpass on Bulverde Road.

Continue on Bulverde Road for 2.3 miles and you will see Ammann Road on your left.

Take a left on Ammann Road, and continue on Ammann Road for 1.5 miles until you see Lee Roy Scheel Road

Take a left on Leroy Scheel Road, and you will go 1.6 miles and it will dead end into Obst Road.

Take Obst road to your right and the entrance to the facility will be .2 miles ahead on the right.
