Not 8 Seconds - Make a Reservation
The Tejas Steakhouse and Saloon has great food, and it takes time to properly serve you. We start with your drink order, appetizers, main course, desserts (you gotta try dessert) ... Plan on spending a couple of hours with us, and maybe a little more.
Rodeo Nights
On rodeo and event nights, the events usually start at 7:30pm, so plan on making dinner reservations for 5:30 or earlier if you plan on catching the arena show. We can't seat you till your party has arrived. We will seat and serve all evening long, and if you don't catch the rodeo, you'll still have a great time dancing to live music under the pavillion.
Seating Policy - All at Once
We will seat your table when all your party has arrived. During high demand evenings, we may have to give your tables away after 10 minutes and seat other guests. If you don't have time for a great sit-down dinner before the rodeo, or your party is late, and can't be seated, we have plenty of good food and drink available on the Tejas grounds. During non-peak times, we can be more flexible.
Rodeo Admission is Not Refundable
When you arrive for dinner at the steakhouse, depending on the time, you may not catch the rodeo or horse event, but you will for sure have a nice time listening to music and dancing that evening after dinner.
Just Dinner Parking
Rodeo admission is not refundable. If you'd like to just come for dinner on an event night, park in the Steakhouse parking area. If you'll be attending the event or music afterwards, we will collect admission at the gate.
