Tejas Steakhouse launches Chef's Table: "Tejas Social Club"

These monthly dinners will be one seating for the evening, and will be limited. Tejas casual, dinner among friends - and new friends.

Wine Pairings
Each course will feature a carefully selected wine that compliments the flavors and textures of the course.

For $65 (plus tax and gratuity) per person. Wine, coffee, and tea are included, and of course other beverages will be available for purchase.

The Steakhouse will start with monthly events, and would love to make it a weekly happening, offering a delicious event every Wednesday night.

2^nd course

Spinach Salad tossed with bacon, pecans, red onions, and dried cranberries, served with a warm balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

3^rd course
Crab Cakes served with a lemon dill sauce

4^th course

choose one of the following:

Prime Rib with Thyme Au Jus, served with roasted cowboy potatoes and sautéed green beans OR

Pork tenderloin stuffed with a jalapeno-cilantro dressing, served with cowboy roasted potatoes and sautéed green beans

5^th course

choose one of the following:

Pumpkin Cheesecake OR

Red Velvet cake
